Four one hour sessions with a Personal Trainer.
One on one sessions in the Pilates Studio with a reformer, tower, ladder barrel, chair and spine corrector. Participants will receive unique workouts and stretches based on their need. Pilates strengthens and increases flexibility in the core muscles and spine.
Achieve total body fitness with aerobic and strength training exercises using floor, step, weights, bands, and balls to increase cardiovascular endurance and overall body conditioning. Modifications for all fitness levels.
